Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS Mail 1-3 business days after purchase. This includes $50 insurance. You will receive shipping confirmation in your email containing a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow 12 hours for your tracking number to update. Once your package is with USPS it is no longer our responsibility. If you haven't received your package or are wondering it's location, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds/Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless there was an error on our part, such as a defective item or the incorrect item was shipped. If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Support email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your package. In this case, we will pay for return shipping and any item(s) must be returned in original condition within 21 days of delivery without being worn or laundered. The item(s) must be free of makeup, pet hair, deodorant, smoke, damage and stains.
